Instructions for the Circle of Life Worksheet

The outside of the circle represents 100% fulfilled, while closer to the inside circle represents 0% fulfilled. In each topic area, draw a small dot or circle that represents how fulfilled you feel. For example, if you feel very fulfilled in your career, you would place your dot closer to the black ring. 

Once you draw a dot in each category, connect all of them together. Take a moment to reflect and review the areas in which you're the most fulfilled and happy, and those that need more attention. Write these down on the sheet and plan out active steps to make improvements and change!
