I believe in making health a priority in your life, but one that actually WORKS and fits into our busy lives. Like many of you, I struggled with my health. Working over 60 hours a week and neglecting my body took a toll on my health and happiness.
A life-changing illness made me take a hard look at my health habits, and start making REAL changes. I can't wait to share with you what took me over a decade to learn!
What is it I do?
I exude passion for my craft, which happens to be wellness. I teach people how to make small upgrades to improve their health. It's not just about what you eat, how often you workout or how fit you are. It's about the quality of your life, the levels of your happiness, the connection you feel to others. I believe TRUE wellness is health of the body, mind and spirit.
I want to help you find this true wellness. It took me decades to get there because I had to figure it out on my own. I don't want you to have to do it alone. I want to give you the fast pass to skip the line and head straight for wellbeing.
How do I do this?
Spreading this knowledge feeds my soul and I want to help as many people as I can. Through keynote speaking engagements, seminars and workshops, frequent television appearances, The Cassie Sobelton Show podcast, and my #1 Best Selling Book, Back to Balance, I am determined to reach as many people as possible.
